STUDENT EMPLOYEE ONLINE TRAINING

In order to understand the rights and responsibilities required of Texas A&M University System employees, the Student Employment Office offers the following information:

All TAMU student employees must complete New Student Employee Orientation before or upon hire to the University. In addition, all TAMU employees are also required to complete Orientation to the A&M System within the first 30 days of hire. This training may be found on TrainTraq.

Texas A&M System Policy 33.05.02, Employee Training, requires that all employees (including full-time, part-time, student, and seasonal or temporary employees) must complete Information Security Awareness, Creating a Discrimination Free Workplace, Ethics, and Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse training within the first 30 days of hire. Refresher trainings are required at one, two or four year intervals. These online self-studies are available via TrainTraq. Required training FAQs can be found here.
