2022 Annual Part-Time Student Employment Job Fair

Information for Students

  • No need to register!
  • Come check out great job opportunities, both on and off-campus.
  • Anticipate 60+ businesses in attendance.
  • Business casual attire recommended.
  • Copies of your resume are encouraged. Preliminary on-site interviews are a possibility.

Information for Employers

  • ​Meet with students prior to scheduling interviews.
  • 700+ students expected to attend.
  • Registration opens July 6th! The cost is only $50 and includes two parking passes.
  • Limited space available.

Registration fee is $50.

The registration period closes Wednesday, August 17, 2022.  The registration fee is non-refundable after this date. This will reserve your booth space.
 
Payments must be made in advance by a Debit/Credit/Pro Card through the event registration on the Jobs for Aggies Job Board. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
  1. Visit the Jobs for Aggies Job Board.
    • Current users, sign in with your email address and password.
    • New users, please select “Register” on the right side of the login screen. Fill out all required fields and submit. Student Employment Office staff reviews new registrations within 24-48 hours of submission, and once approved you will receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your new account password so that you can proceed to Step 2.  
  2. From the Employer home screen, select “Events” on the Menu bar (left side of home page).
  3. Select “Career Fairs” then select “All Career Fairs”.
  4. Click on the Event Name (2022 Annual Part-Time Student Employment Job Fair) and select “Sign Up”.
  5. Select “Standard Only” as the Registration Type.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Enter your company profile Information and add your logo. Make sure the name and logo are how you would like them to appear on Job Fair publications.
  8. Select “Payment Information” and enter your payment method.
  9. Add names of any the representatives who will be attending and select “Continue”.
  10. Review your registration information and select “Confirm” to complete registration.
Please understand that we are reserving a space for you and should you have to cancel, call the Student Employment Office as soon as possible at (979) 845-0686 to speak to one of our office staff or email jobsforaggies@tamu.edu. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5 pm. We appreciate your cooperation and support in our programs!
 
*Cancellation Deadline is August 17, 2022. The registration fee is non-refundable starting August 17, 2022. If you cancel before August 17th, your fee will be refunded.
 
  • One 6’x 1 ½’ foot table and two chairs will be provided per employer. Your display needs to fit within the space provided.
  • If you intend to use a laptop computer, please make sure it is fully charged or bring an extra battery. Electricity and power cords are not available.
  • Wifi access is available. You will need to access the “TAMU Visitor” network and will then be prompted to create a temporary “24-hour Account.” You will need to provide your full name, cell phone number, and email address. This address will become your username for the day and will be where the 24-hour password will be sent once you register.
  • Table assignments will be provided when you arrive.
  • Space is limited. No additional space can be provided.
  • Please bring your company tablecloth. No tablecloths will be furnished.
  • Do not bring huge displays, furniture, equipment or music.
  • Do not rearrange your table, occupy an adjacent vacant table or move to another location without approval from Student Employment Office Staff.
As part of your registration cost, we will validate up to 2 vehicles per employer from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the event so we can validate it. You will need to pay for any additional cars at the garage cashier upon your departure. Please note: We are not responsible for lost tickets.

We do encourage Texas A&M University employers to utilize a business permit or campus permit for this event. Please talk to your Departmental Parking Representative about requesting on your behalf.

The Memorial Student Center (MSC) is at the corner of Houston Street and Joe Routt Boulevard, across the street from the University Central Parking Garage (USG). Please view the Aggie Map for more information about the Texas A&M University campus and directions.

Visitor Parking on Campus:  The most convenient visitor parking location is the Gene Stallings Boulevard Garage (SBG). This garage is across the stret from the MSC, and is located nearest the Bethancourt Ballroom. An additional option is the University Campus Garage (UCG). This garage is attached to the Koldus Building across the street from the MSC.

Employer check-in and parking validation will be located in the VIP Lounge in the Bethancourt Ballroom hallway. We also invite you to enjoy refreshments during the Job Fair. A staff member will be in the room at all times to answer any questions.
